Andrew Yang Is Correct. 87% of Countries Have Content About the Fourth Industrial Revolution Online

Last night in the 6th Democratic presidential Debate, Andrew Yang reiterated the critical importance that the United States remains competitive in the Fourth Industrial Revolution (AKA: Industry 4.0).

I subsequently conducted numerous Google searches to see which nations were mentioned online related to the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and 87% of the 195 nations searched had content.

Make no mistake, the Fourth Industrial Revolution has arrived and the world has taken notice.

This global phenomenon that will create massive shifts in how technology impacts the way we live, work, and interact with each other, he's correct in stressing that life will change drastically over the next several years and decades.

Search Methodology

  • Search Terms: "[Nation]" "Fourth Industrial Revolution" | "[Nation]" "Industry 4.0"

  • Note that I opted to minimize results from the World Economic Forum and large consulting companies (Deloitte, KPMG, etc..) as these entities maintain a significant online presence related to the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
